Through my work with researchers, teachers, parents, and students, I am convinced that the development of strength-based instructional and behavioral strategies is clearly the most effective way to support students who are trying to overcome learning difficulties and compensate for learning differences! There has been much research from the fields of special education, gifted education, and positive psychology attesting to the efficacy of strength-based strategies and instruction. So, it is my hope to use this section of the website to highlight and share many of the strength-based strategies I've discovered and developed while working with the most amazing and creative students on the planet!
